- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It had always been an ambition of mine to run the london marathon. However that seemed miles away from reality when i ruptured my ankle ligaments last November. after several visits and long waits at the hospital i was still in pain and just about ready to give up. Until i was recommended to John at the Lancaster clinic. Johns professionalism and expert advice had me up and running again after just 3 sessions. He was able to treat the problem and show me some really useful stretches and teqniques to help rebuild the strength in my ankle. i will definately be visiting the lancaster clinic with any future injuries.by mark wilesOctober 28, 2017
